Our Outpatient Rehabilitation program focuses on improving quality of life through Pulmonary Rehab. We believe in the power of exercise to restore and in its ability to rehabilitate lives. Our goal is to provide assistance to those who are suffering and hope to those who may need inspiration. We believe in our patients and their ability to achieve what they once thought impossible and are dedicated in making lifestyle changes that will help patients feel better faster and improve their day-to-day life. We offer a highly specialized treatment for individuals suffering from chronic respiratory illnesses. Our mission is to provide a quality, comprehensive rehabilitation program to meet the needs of the individual patient participating in our program, while adhering to the highest professional ethics and standards.

Chris Brown PT, DPT, MS, CSCS
Director of Physical Therapy
Christopher is a board-certified Physical Therapist Director at our Woodlands location. A native Houstonian, Christopher began his career in physical therapy at MD Anderson Cancer Center treating patients across a variety diagnoses in the oncology setting, participating in research studies, educational programs, and serving in various leadership roles. He later continued his practice in the Kindred Healthcare system specializing in long-term acute care. During his time as a physical therapist, he has earned his Master of Science (M.S.), clinical doctorate (D.P.T), and is currently a PhD student at Texas Woman’s University. He will also be seeking the Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Specialist Certification in 2015. Prior to changing careers to become a physical therapist, Christopher worked in basic research as a molecular biologist at institutions such as Rice University and Baylor College of Medicine, co-authoring several publications. A lifelong exercise, fitness, wellness, and sport enthusiast, Christopher draws from a diverse set of personal and professional experiences in areas such as traditional exercise science, biomechanics, yoga, and martial arts. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S) with the National Strength & Conditioning Association, a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and an APTA section member in the areas of acute care, cardiopulmonary PT, oncology, and research. Christopher truly enjoys sharing his expertise with his patients, especially in the area of teaching his patients how to retrain their breathing and improve their quality of life.
Andrea Pallais PT, DPT Director of Physical Therapy
Andrea is a board-certified Physical Therapist Director at our Katy Fwy location. Andrea comes to BCH with experience in a variety of settings including Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Neurological and developmental delay. Her publications include Enhancements to an International Service-Learning Model: Integration of Program Alumni and Global Stakeholder Feedback. Published at the Journal of Physical Therapy Education (Volume 26, 2nd Edition). She has also been a contributing author on the following; Neuromuscular Activity Based on the Effects of Heavy Resistance Exercise during Rehabilitation and An Integrated Educational Model: Evaluation, Enhancement, and Sustainment of an International Service-Learning Partnership. Presented at Combined Sections Meeting 2014 for the American Physical Therapy Association. Andrea received a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine from Mercyhurst University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. Andrea also has worked with several international groups including For His Children in Quito, Ecuador where she served as the program coordinator. There she Coordinated service projects working at a local orphanage that treats children with disabilities and educated local physical therapists in new research advancements, appropriate for the patients they were treating. With her unique skill set, Andrea brings a lot of great energy to every person she treats. BCH is thrilled to have her as part of the team!
Ashley Spiegel PT
Director of Physical Therapy
Ashley is a board-certified Physical Therapist Director at our Bellaire location. Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Motor Behavior from Texas A&M University and was a member of the Dean’s Honor Roll. She later went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University. She comes to BCH with a variety of clinical and research experience. Ashley has worked in Acute care, In-patient, as well as Outpatient settings. She has performed early mobilization for patients in Neuro ICU as well as In-patient rehab for those with Cardiopulmonary diseases. She has been a part of several research projects where she has designed, implemented and presented her findings to the medical community. Ashley’s unique background makes her an excellent addition to the BCH team. She truly cares about her patient’s wellbeing and her upbeat and positive personality has a lasting impact on her patients. We welcome her and are thrilled to have her as part of the team.
Bryce Jeffrey PT, DPT
Director of Physical Therapy
Bryce is a board-certified Physical Therapist Director at our Clear Lake location. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Brigham Young University before getting his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Angelo State University. Bryce has experience in many settings including orthopedic and acute care. We are excited to have him as the Director of our Clear Lake clinic and know his experience in working with all types of patients will pay off in helping them achieving their fitness goals through monitored exercise.
Marina Saitoh PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Marina graduated from the University of Houston Downtown with a degree in general business. After that she got her physical therapist assistant certification from PIMA. Marina has clinical experience from U.S. Healthworks (workers comp), Reliant Pediatrics, and Select Physical Therapy (orthopedic). Marina enjoys working out which translates well to helping patients do different exercises to strengthen themselves. She does a great job pushing and motivating patients to become better and stronger.
Colette Fish PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Colette is a board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant at our Clear Lake location. She received her degree to become a PTA from Blinn College. Colette’s clinical experience includes outpatient physical therapy, acute care in a hospital setting, aquatic therapy, and inpatient rehab. The different settings in which Colette has worked along with her desire to help patients improve their quality of life have helped prepare her to be an integral part to our BCH team.
Carmela Casipe
Physical Therapist Assistant
Carmela is a board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant at our Bellaire location. She received her Associates in Applied Science from Fayetteville Technical Community College in North Carolina. Carmela also has a Certificate for Massage Therapy as well as an Associate of Arts for the language of Tagalog. Her clinical experience includes physical therapy in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and acute care within a hospital. Carmela also served in the Army National Guard for 6 years. We are happy to have Carmela as a part of our BCH team because she is always willing to put her patients, and coworkers first.
Kristina is a board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant at our Bellaire location. She received her educational background from Pima Medical Institute with an Associates in Applied Science. Her background includes orthopedic outpatient, inpatient, and pain management programs. She is an enthusiastic team player deeply committed to delivering quality care and achieving superior patient outcomes. We are happy to have her as part of the BCH team.
Amanda Strack PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Amanda is a board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant at our Woodlands location. She received her Associates in applied science from Montgomery Community College receiving a 4.0 and making the Presidents’ List. Having been one of our strongest PRN therapists, Amanda is now a full-time PTA with us. She has experience with a variety of patients with spine/orthopedic injuries and has worked in Inpatient, home health, and skilled nursing settings. She continues to implement successful treatment plans with her patients and has a solid track record with those she treats. With over 10 years’ experience as a licensed Therapist, Amanda is a valuable asset to the BCH team, and we are happy to have her.
Megan Brandt PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Megan is a board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant at our Katy Fwy location. She received her bachelor’s in communication from Texas A&M University where she also Minored in Business Administration. Megan then went on to receive her Associates in Applied Science from Blinn College. Megan’s clinical experiences have included Inpatient, LTAC, and Outpatient rehabilitation. She has assisted in carrying out Plans of Care for a wide range of diagnosis in addition to effectively communicating with Physicians, Nursing staff, Respiratory Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and case managers. She was also the Vice President of her PTA program and served a Medical Mission Trip to Quito, Ecuador where she treated a variety of injuries. Megan has a strong patient satisfaction rate with us and continues to change the lives of those she treats every day. She is a great addition to the BCH team, and we are glad to have her.
Sarah Cullum PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Sarah is a board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant at our Woodlands location. She received her educational background from Blinn College with an Associates in Applied Science and was President of her class. She also received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. Sarah has treated patients in a variety of settings including Acute Care, LTACH, and Skilled Nursing facilities. Her extensive knowledge of Physical Therapy comes from a variety of leadership positions that she has previously held including the Director of Rehab at a Skilled Nursing Facility. Her unique outlook on Physical Therapy from the front office to treating patients on the floor make her a valuable asset to both her patient’s and the BCH team.
Jason Clifton PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Jason is a board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant at our Bellaire location. He received his educational background from Houston Community College graduating with an Associates in Applied Science and received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from the University of Houston. Jason also brings an extensive background and expertise to outpatient rehabilitation. He has had many hours of training from The Methodist Hospital, Health South, and West Houston Medical Center. He continues to show his dedication to the patient’s well-being in implementing a “patient-first” treatment style. To further perfect his treatment approach Jason spends his weekends working for The Methodist Hospital in Sugarland Texas. His drive for helping patients has also led him to pursue a Drug Rehabilitation Certificate to further help those in need.
Waisha Maddox
Administrative Assistant
Waisha is our Administrative Assistant at our Woodlands location. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Brigham Young University and is currently pursuing her Masters from Sam Houston State University. With a background as a Resident Care Associate she is well equipped in facilitating the efficient operation of the BCH team.
Hannah Scott
Administrative Assistant
Hannah is our Administrative Assistant at our Bellaire location. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health from the University of Houston. Hannah brings over 5 years of health care experience to the BCH team and is currently seeking her Masters in Healthcare Administration. Described as a people person Hannah has great interpersonal skills and is great with patients. We are thrilled to have her as part of the BCH team.
Ine Tuimaseve
Administrative Assistant
Roine is our Administrative Assistant at our Katy Fwy location. She is currently working on a Bachelor’s in Nursing from the University of Houston. Roine’s extensive background is in both the Medical and Business industries. She has worked for the Florida Hospital as a Patient Coordinator as well as several other Customer Service roles. This unique background gives her the skillset needed to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment. We welcome her and are happy to have her as part of the BCH team.
Monika Hoch
Administrative Assistant
Monika Hoch is our Administrative Assistant at our Clear Lake location. She received her certificate as an MA from the Bryman College. Monika brings over 10 years’ experience in the Medical and Educational fields. Most recently she worked as a manger for a Durable Medical Equipment supplier. She is described as a natural leader with an uncompromising commitment to top-quality performance and patient advocacy. We welcome her and are glad to have her as part of the BCH Clear Lake team.
